Bacon Beer Cheese Dip

½ (16-ounce) HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Lower Sodium Bacon Made With Sea Salt

1 1/2 tablespoon flour

1 (8-ounce) package white cheddar cheese, shredded

1 (8ounce) package Colby-Jack cheddar cheese, shredded

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup amber beer

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon kosher salt


Cook bacon according to package directions; cool and crumble.

In large bowl, toss together flour, white cheddar cheese and Colby-jack cheese.

In medium saucepan, heat cream cheese and beer over medium-low heat, whisking constantly until cream cheese is melted.

Gradually add cheddar cheese mixture, stirring until smooth.

Stir in bacon and remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes.

Serve with toasted bread.
